Second Generation????

I found this article today about a band called Second Generation...I have to wonder if this is a joke. Band is supposed to be lead by Francis Bean Cobain, daughter of Cortney Love and the late Kurt Cobain. Other members of the band supposedly consist of the twin daughters of Peter Buck and daughter of Thurston Moore and Kim Gordon.
